At PeachLilly, we want you to love your clothing purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy is designed to make it easy to return items for store credit.
- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Return Process

- Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Please securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address provided on your return confirmation email
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Store Credit
- All approved returns will be issued store credit only.
- Store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire.
- Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order using your credit.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via email. We will provide a return label and issue store credit once the item is received and inspected.
- Gift Returns
- If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, store credit will be issued to your account.
