Fabric & Quality

What are your pajamas made of?

Most PeachLilly pajamas are made from a soft knit blend of lyocell, polyester, and 3% spandex. Lyocell is a fiber made from natural wood pulp that's known for being breathable, lightweight, and smooth against the skin. Combined with polyester and a touch of stretch, it creates a fabric that's soft, comfortable, and easy to wear.

Some of our cami and slip styles are made from a lightweight woven satin instead. You'll always find the exact fabric composition listed in the Fabric & Feel section on each product page.

My care tag says "polyester." What's the fabric really made of?

You're right to notice that. Some of our earlier care labels listed only "polyester" instead of the complete fabric blend.

The fabric is actually a blend of lyocell, polyester, and 3% spandex. We're updating future production so every label reflects the complete composition.

Will the fabric stay soft after washing?

Yes. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat to help maintain the fabric's softness.

Avoid bleach and high heat. For lace-trim styles, we recommend using a lingerie bag during washing.

Will the pajamas shrink?

We haven't experienced noticeable shrinkage when the care instructions are followed. For best results, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat to help maintain the fit and softness of the fabric.

Are your pajamas see-through?

Our fabrics are lightweight but designed for comfortable everyday wear. Most prints and darker colors provide full coverage. Some lighter shades may appear slightly more sheer in bright lighting.

Are they good for hot sleepers?

Many customers find the lyocell blend lightweight and breathable. Comfort can vary from person to person, but the fabric is designed for soft, easy everyday wear.

Sizing & Fit

How do your sizes run?

Our pajamas fit true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. Each product page includes a size chart with detailed measurements. If you're between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend sizing up.

What if I order the wrong size?

If the size isn't right, we'll exchange it at no additional cost. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you'd like instead.

How do I measure myself?

Measure your bust, natural waist, and fullest part of your hips, then compare your measurements with the size chart on the product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast will I receive my order?

Most orders ship the same business day, and all orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $60. Shipping for orders under $60 is calculated at checkout.

I ordered over the weekend. When will it ship?

Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

How do I track my order?

We'll email you a UPS tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship only within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Size exchanges are always free. Return shipping is free when you choose store credit.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Can I exchange for a different style?

Yes, within 30 days on unworn items with tags attached.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with "URGENT" and your order number. If it hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Checkout.

My discount didn't apply.

Automatic discounts are applied during checkout. If your discount isn't showing before you place your order, contact us.
